I have been having constant very stiff neck pain as well as very restricted motion every day for several years. Nothing helped.
I had physical therapy, chiropractors as well as injections in my back... nothing worked for more than a few days.
The ONLY thing that works for me and that took away the stiffness and pain is Boswellia.
